This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, communicate with us, submit a form or document, request a freight quote or account, use our services, or otherwise interact with LW.

It does not replace the contractual terms governing freight services, credit, payment, carrier relationships, employment, or other transactions. - Open and administer customer, carrier, vendor, and business accounts.
- Verify identities, businesses, authority, credit, payment instructions, compliance, and eligibility.

- Credit-reporting, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, insurance, collections, legal, accounting, and compliance providers.
- Government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, and other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or the integrity of our services.

Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the business relationship, contractual requirements, and applicable law. When information is no longer required, LW may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

Do not submit payment-card numbers, bank-account information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through a general contact or freight-quote form. Use only the secure process specifically designated by LW for that information.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or appeal LW's response to a request.

LW is based in the United States. If you access our websites or provide information from Canada, Mexico, or another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other locations where LW or its service providers operate. LW provides business-to-business freight and logistics services. Our websites and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
