This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, communicate with us, submit a form or document, request a freight quote or account, use our services, or otherwise interact with LW.

This Privacy Policy applies to logisticsworldwide.com and other websites, forms, portals, and digital services that link to it. It does not replace the contractual terms governing freight services, credit, payment, carrier relationships, employment, or other transactions. Those matters remain subject to the applicable agreements and LW Terms and Conditions.

  • Open and administer customer, carrier, vendor, and business accounts.
  • Verify identities, businesses, authority, credit, payment instructions, compliance, and eligibility.

  • Credit-reporting, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, insurance, collections, legal, accounting, and compliance providers.
  • Government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, and other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or the integrity of our services.

Do not submit payment-card numbers, bank-account information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through a general contact or freight-quote form. Use only the secure process specifically designated by LW for that information.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or appeal LW's response to a request.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent LW from sending transactional, shipment, account, safety, legal, or service communications. LW is based in the United States. If you access our websites or provide information from Canada, Mexico, or another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other locations where LW or its service providers operate. LW provides business-to-business freight and logistics services.
